The City of Uvalde Fire Marshal is Juan Hernandez
and he is also the Fire Marshal for Uvalde County.
Fire inspections are for businesses/individuals that require a licensed fire inspection. The Fire Marshal is able to perform inspections for Foster/Adoption and investigate fires to see if arson was involved.and he is also the Fire Marshal for Uvalde County.

2.20.110 - State fire marshal inspection fee schedule
The inspection fees be [are] adopted for services performed by the city fire marshal for inside and outside the County of Uvalde. The fees resulting from the ordinances from which this section derives are hereby determined to be just and reasonable rates to be observed and in force within the City and County of Uvalde and outside the County of Uvalde.
