Municipal Court
The Municipal Court of Uvalde, Texas is located on the second floor of City Hall. Presiding is Judge Andrew Hagen.
Regular office hours for the Clerk of Court are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The phone number is (830) 278-3315. The fax number is (830) 591-2089.
Payments directly to the Court can be made by cash, check, money order, cashier's check, or payment card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Prepaid cards accepted. Do not send cash by mail.

You can pay fines, fees, and court costs with the Municipal Court of Uvalde at your convenience. You must have your citation number(s) and amount due to pay with TrafficPayment.com. If you want to talk to the Judge, you may send a letter in the mail, or personally deliver correspondence to the Clerk of Court. Otherwise, your first opportunity to speak to the Judge will be in Open Court.
