variance from Chapter 17.24, Minimum Yards, Section 17.24.020, General Rules,
Required Front Yard, Title 17, Zoning Uvalde Municipal Code, of 2,800 square
feet to meet minimum requirements of the 7,000 square feet that is required to
comply with the zoning codes at 1313 North Houston Street, NCB 202, North
Uvalde Addition, Block 62, Lot 4-B, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas.
9. NEW BUSINESS
9A. Consider
and act on a request of Enedilia M. Chapa, applicant,

and act on the designation/reservation of $160,000 from fiscal year 2006/07
general fund balance deriving from the Streets Department ($80,000) and Non-Departmental
($80,000) for the purpose of carrying out park improvements.

and act the property tax revenue increase reflected in the FY 2007-08 budget, City
of Uvalde Ordinance No. 2007-14 providing for the levy and collection of Ad Valorem Taxes for use and support of the Municipal

providing the date on which such taxes shall be due and payable; providing for
penalty and interest on all taxes not timely paid; providing for severability;
and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent or in conflict
herewith.
