6. PUBLIC HEARING

On a request of Leslee Donovan and Dr. Sandy Hurwitz, applicants, for a special permit under Section 17.20.020 to subdivide 3.98 acres to 28 lots for homes, commonly called garden homes, located between Black Street, Cummings Street, North Grove Street, and Rosebud Circle, Bowles Tract Addition, Lot F, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas.

7. NEW BUSINESS

7A. Consider and act on a request of Leslee Donovan and Dr. Sandy Hurwitz, applicants, for a special permit under Section 17.20.020 to subdivide 3.98 acres to 28 lots for homes, commonly called garden homes, located between Black Street, Cummings Street, North Grove Street, and Rosebud Circle, Bowles Tract Addition, Lot F, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas.

7B. Consider and act on a request to disallow the placement of political campaign signs on the civic center grounds during the display of Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall.

7C. Consider and act on a budget amendment approved by the Uvalde County Appraisal District to reclassify the “2005 Surplus” account into the “Contingency: Litigation/Lawsuit for $45,250 to appropriate these funds for future litigation/lawsuit costs.”

7D. Consider and act on a request from Rob Holliday to the release a temporary drainage easement at the Uvalde Plaza Shopping Center.

7E. Consider and act on a resolution authorizing the City of Uvalde to submit a grant application to Middle Rio Grande Development Council for a Regional Solid Waste Grants Program Grant for the benefit of the Uvalde Recycling Center and City Wide Clean Up Program.

7F. Consider and act on an Outside the City Limits request from Rocky Guerrero for water service at 605B West Pacific Street.
