7C. Consider and act on a request from Southwest Texas Junior College to modify the interior of the building constructed by Southwest Texas Junior College that is presently leased to them by the City of Uvalde.

8. DISCUSSION

8A. Discussion on a request of Sandy Hurwitz to fence and make landscape improvements in the City right-of-way fronting “The Park” subdivision on North Grove Street.

8B. Discussion by David Casteel, TXDOT District Engineer and David Kopp, TXDOT Director of Construction, regarding the status of the TXDOT/US 83 Project.

9. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council of the City of Uvalde, Texas will convene in executive session in accordance and for the purposes permitted by the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.074 Personnel Matters, Section 551.071 Consultations with Attorney and Section 551.072 Deliberations about Real Property.

9A. Discuss personnel positions and compensation.

9B. Discuss possible litigation.

9C. Discuss conveyance of real property.

10. RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION

10A. Consider and act on whether or not to accept the real property which is being used as a 50’ wide asphalt street known as VR Gonzales Street in the City of Uvalde which runs from White Lane to Claudia Street.
