projects for the upcoming FY 2006-07 City of Uvalde Budget.

a request of James Foster c/o Carleigh Balzer, applicants, for a variance from Chapter 17.24,
Minimum Yards, Section 17.24.020, General Rules, Required Front Yard, Title 17,
Zoning, Uvalde Municipal Code, for a variance of 7 feet on the East side of the
property located on the corner of Mackenzie Street and West Fannin
Street, to construct a 21 x 23 foot carport at 300 West Fannin
Street, NCB 159, North Uvalde Addition, Block 19, Lot 11, City of Uvalde,

matter for which notice has been given in this notice of open meeting including
an agenda item posted for executive session.
In no event, however, will the council take action on any agenda item in
executive session, whether it be posted for open or
executive session discussion.

Uvalde City Council is a true and correct copy and that I posted a true and
correct copy of said notice on two glass public notice cases at City Hall,
readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said Notice was
posted on the 19th day of May
2006 and will remain so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the
scheduled time of said meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas
Government Code.
