On a request of Juan Silva, applicant, for a variance from Chapter 17.24, Minimum yards, section 17.24.020, general rules, required front yard, Title17, Zoning, Uvalde Municipal Code, he wants a variance of 1325 square feet on the square footage on the property located at 517 Fort Clark Road, NCB 106, Shook Addition, Block 9, Lot 9-A5, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas.
