Tuesday, February 24, 2007 Regular City Council Meeting.

6A. Consider and act on payment of bills over
$5,000.00 from February 24, 2007 to March 9, 2007
7. PUBLIC HEARING
7A. Open
a public hearing to consider and act on the request of John E. Etling,
applicant, to re-subdivided 1 lot 100 ft wide by 346 long into two lots
(100X173) at
7B. Open a public hearing to consider a proposal to create a new classification of
R-6-4th single-family dwelling district as follows:
Consisting of a Minimum Lot area of 3,772 sq. ft. Per Single Family Dwelling in a new subdivision, consisting of a Minimum of Four (4) Acres of Land, and with the construction of a New Street. In addition, it will consist of the following:
Minimum Front Lot Width of forty-six (46) feet
Minimum Lot Depth of Eighty-Two (82) feet
Minimum of One Front Yard of ten (10) feet
Minimum of Two (2) Side Yards of four (4) feet each
Minimum of One Rear Yard of Ten (10) feet
Minimum Building Area of 1,000 square feet per family dwelling unit
Two (2) off-street parking spaces shall be provided for each dwelling unit
The R-6-4th Single Family Dwelling District shall comply with all other rules relating to a new subdivision
8. NEW BUSINESS
8A. Consider and act on the request of
John E. Etling, applicant, to re-subdivided 1 lot 100 ft wide by 346 long into
two lots (100X173) at 1128 Magnolia Street, NCB 2, Block F Lot 1 Loma Vista
Addition, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County.
8B. Consider and act on a proposal to create
a new classification of R-6-4th single-family dwelling district
as follows:

portion of City Code, Section 17.20.020, Certain Uses to be located by Special
Permit, p. 272, and only that part that reads as follows:

(1000) square feet
other single-family dwelling per dwelling
unit. Applicant must furnish
satisfactory
units without side yards plans
and data concerning the operation, function and
between individual dwelling

8D. Consider and act on amending the
Advance Funding Agreement by and between the Texas Department of Transportation
and the City of
8E. Consider and act on amending Section 16.24.230 Dead-end streets of Chapter 16.24 entitled Design Standards of the Uvalde Municipal Code Book.
8F. Consider and act on a request of the Uvalde Country Club Inc., applicant, to subdivide 10.20 acres out of 16.50 acres into residential lots, on the Southeast corner of Country Club Lane and East Garden Street, Survey 75, Juan Jose Guerra, Original Grantee, Abstract 216, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, to be known as the Enclave at Uvalde Country Club, according to the subdivision plat on file at the Office of the City Secretary of the City of Uvalde.
8G. Consider and act on a request from Tammy
Hilderbran, tenant to lower the monthly lease for the Opera House Antiques from
$800 per month to $500 per month, effective April 1, 2007 and continuing
through the lease term, which expires on October 31, 2007.
9. DISCUSSION
9A. Discussion on the request or proposal of the Uvalde Flight Center to build a new 10,000 square foot hangar adjacent to the existing Public Hangar.

In this Notice of Open
Meeting, the posting of an agenda item as a matter to be discussed in open

executive session the council may, as permitted by law, convene into executive
session to deliberate on the matter.

or require discussion of that matter in executive session. The council may discuss in open session any
matter for which notice has been given in this notice of open meeting including
an agenda item posted for executive session.
In no event, however, will the council take action on any agenda item in
executive session, whether it is posted for open or executive session discussion.

Uvalde City Council is a true and correct copy and that I posted a true and
correct copy of said notice on two glass public notice cases at City Hall,
readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said Notice was

at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting in accordance
with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
