On a request of Diana Ramon c/o of Benito Olivarez applicants for a variance from Chapter 17.24, Minimum Yards, Section 17.24.020, General Rules, Required Front Yard, Title 17, Zoning, Uvalde Municipal Code, to build a six foot high wrought iron fence and gate with stucco pillars in the front properties running approximately 50 feet along the side of 828 and 830 South Getty Street, Survey 71, Juan Jose Guerra, Original Grantee, Abstract 215, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County Texas.

6B. On a request of Henry John Yeackle IV, applicant, for a variance from Chapter 17.24, Minimum Yards, Section 17.24.020, General Rules, Required Front Yard, Title 17, Zoning, Uvalde Municipal Code, for a variance of 24.7 feet on the West side of the property located at 1802 Houston Street, NCB 154, North Uvalde Addition, Block 14, Lot 15, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County Texas.

7C. Consider and act on an Outside the City Limits request from Mike Hatley for water service at 700 E. Front Street.

7D. Consider and act to sell or on an agreement to permit the use of approximately 1 x 8 feet of city property to Buck M. and Carleta Jones at 320 Minter Street.

8. BUDGET WORK SESSION

8A. Budget work session to discuss and review all budget appropriations for the proposed budget for the City of Uvalde’s Fiscal Year 2006-2007.
