6A.      On a request of Martina P. Pugh c/o William G. Pugh, applicants, for a variance from Chapter 17.24, Minimum Yards, Section 17.24.020, General Rules, Required Front Yard, Title 17, Zoning, Uvalde Municipal Code, of 15 feet to the property line on the Hood Street side of 500 West Brazos (corner lot) to build a 30’ x 40’ workshop that will not be located to close to the residence they intend to build at 500 West Brazos Street, NCB 259,Vanham Addition, Block 1, Lot 6-A, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas.

7F.       Consider and act on a request of the Uvalde Country Club, Inc.  (“Club”) for the plat of the proposed subdivision known as The Enclave at Uvalde Country Club to be revised to exclude a strip of land along the northwest corner of the plat, being approximately 35 feet wide by 309.84 feet in length, to allow direct access by the Club to East Garden Street and the remaining property owned by the Club not including any change in drainage, as drainage will be underground for this strip of land.

 

7G.      Consider and act on an ordinance adopting the State Water Optimization Plan.

 

7H.      Consider and act on the execution of a Contribution-In-Aid-Of-Construction Agreement between the City of Uvalde and American Electric Power for the installation of ornamental lighting on Hwy.83 from Calera Street to Mesquite Street with funds to be distributed from Certificates of Obligation Series 37 (US83/Getty Street Project).

 

7I.        Consider and act on Change Orders #20 and #21 as submitted by TXDOT regarding the TXDOT/US 83 Project.

8A.      Budget work session to discuss and review all budget appropriations for the proposed budget for the City of Uvalde’s Fiscal Year 2007-2008.

The City Council of the City of Uvalde, Texas will convene in executive session in accordance and for the purposes permitted by the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.072 Deliberations about Real Property.
