9E. Consider and act on a Resolution to forgive the interest payments on the 1987 and 1988 Street Assessments if the principal is paid in full on or before June 30, 2007.

9F. Consider and act on the purchasing of golf course equipment through a lease purchase agreement that will include a clause stating that if there are no future appropriations for said payment, the City shall be released from said agreement.

9G. Consider and act on an agreement between the City of Uvalde and the Uvalde Golf Association (UGA), providing funds to cover lease payments for the first four months for golf course equipment.

9H. Consider and act on the execution of the funding agreement between the City of Uvalde and the Texas Department of Transportation for the US Hwy 83 Project.

10. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council of the City of Uvalde, Texas will convene in executive session in accordance and for purposes permitted by the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.074 Personnel Matters.

10A. Discuss social security coverage for the City Attorney as provided in the City Charter.

11. RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION

11A. Consider and act to provide social security coverage for the City Attorney as provided in the City Charter and make reimbursement for tax that is due.

In this Notice of Open Meeting, the posting of an agenda item as a matter to be discussed in open session is not intended to limit or require discussion of that matter in open session if it is otherwise appropriate to discuss the matter in executive session. If, during the discussion of any agenda item, a matter is raised that is appropriate for discussion in executive session the council may, as permitted by law, convene into executive session to deliberate on the matter.

The posting of an agenda item as a matter to be discussed in executive session is not intended to limit or require discussion of that matter in executive session. The council may discuss in open session any matter for which notice has been given in this notice of open meeting including an agenda item posted for executive session. In no event, however, will the council take action on any agenda item in executive session, whether it be posted for open or executive session discussion.
