7B. Consider and act on the proposed Uvalde County Appraisal District 2007 budget amendment to allow the district to retain their portion of the amended amount of $7,341 for a reserve account for the purchase of a GIS/Mapping system.

7C. Consider and act on appointing a city representative to serve on the Recovery Implemenation Program (RIP) Committee as required by SB and HB 3 and as requested by the Edwards Aquifer Authority.

7D. Consider and act on authorizing the City of Uvalde to participate in Public Auction of City Surplus Property.

7E. Consider and act on a resolution authorizing and approving publication of Notice of Intention to issue Certificates of Obligation; complying with the requirements contained in securities and exchange commission rule 15c2-12; and providing an effective date.

9A. Budget work session to discuss and review all budget appropriations for the proposed budget for the City of Uvalde’s Fiscal Year 2007-2008.

The City Council of the City of Uvalde, Texas will convene in executive session in accordance and for the purposes permitted by the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.074 Personnel Matters.

10A. Discussion regarding a personnel matter in reference to city attorney compensation.
