6A. On a request of Sarah Friend Neutze, applicant, to subdivide 3.889 acres out of 13.16 acres, facing the east side of FM Road 117, Survey 70, Jose G. Baron, Original Grantee, Abstract 31, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, to be known as Sterling Subdivision.

6B. On a request of Leslee Donovan and Dr. Sandy Hurwitz, applicants for a special permit under section 17.20.020, to subdivide 3.98 acres to 28 lots for homes which are commonly known as Garden Homes, subject to rules and regulations. The property is located between Black Street, Cummings Street, North Grove Street, and Rosebud Circle, Bowles Tract Addition, Lot F, City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, to be known as The Park Subdivision.

7. NEW BUSINESS

In this Notice of Open Meeting, the posting of an agenda item as a matter to be discussed in open session is not intended to limit or require discussion of that matter in open session if it is otherwise appropriate to discuss the matter in executive session.
