7B. Consider and act on the 2006-2007 Annual Financial Audit Report for the City of Uvalde as presented by Garza Gonzales & Associates.

7C. Consider and act on the proposed changes to the City of Uvalde Animal Code.

7D. Consider and act on a resolution establishing procedure for a special election in Uvalde, Texas to fill the unexpired term in Place 4.

7E. Consider and act on an initiative petition submitted by Mario Cruz, certified by Audrey M. Garza, City Secretary, to amend Article II, Section 1 (b), (c), (e), and Section 10 Charter of the City of Uvalde establishing election of council members by single member districts beginning after 2009.

7F. Consider and act to transfer non-departmental funding from the Boys & Girls Club to the Boxing Club.

8. DISCUSSION

8A. Discussion to appoint two (2) alternates to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

The City Council of the City of Uvalde, Texas will convene in executive session in accordance and for the purposes permitted by the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.072 Deliberations about Real Property.
