8B. Consider and act on a request of Ignacio Perez for final approval of Perez Subdivision.

8C. Consider and act on a request of Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District to have no parking on west side of Dean Street (the side near Benson Elementary School) during the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on weekdays, to be effective January 1, 2008.

8D. Consider and act on the taxing of tangible personal property in transit which would otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Texas Tax Code, Section 11.253.
