Consider and act on a request of the Uvalde Flight Center to build a 10,000 square foot hangar adjacent to the existing public hangar and to modify the existing lease agreement between the Uvalde Flight Center and the City of Uvalde to reflect a new ending date of September 30, 2027 and the scheduled rate increase on the ground rent of 5% to decrease to 2.5%.

7B. Consider and act on executing the amended Advance Funding Agreement by and between the Texas Department of Transportation and the City of Uvalde relative to the HWY 83 project.

8. DISCUSSION

8A. Discussion regarding recent variance history and the use of said variances.

8B. Discussion of the code enforcement process.

8C. Discussion regarding requiring an application for fence construction for code compliance.

In this Notice of Open Meeting, the posting of an agenda item as a matter to be discussed in open session is not intended to limit or require discussion of that matter in open session if it is otherwise appropriate to discuss the matter in executive session.
