Consider and act on the joint resolution of different cities, towns, and counties favoring and supporting the Edwards Aquifer Authority’s request for legislation to raise the “Pumping Cap” from 450,000 acre feet of water to 549,000 acre feet of water and opposing and not supporting legislation that would authorize the Edwards Aquifer Authority to unilaterally issue revenue bonds.
